T-Ville in CT

By 829 Dev

It’s been pretty dry in VT for over a week and we needed to get out and paddle. We decided to head south to the Farmington River in Tariffville, CT. It wasn’t too cold out for a November day which made for a great afternoon of boating. T-Ville is a small play hole but really fun. You can do pretty much every hole move there you just have to be careful not to flush or crack your boat on the bottom when trying to loop. If you are ever in the area it’s a great place to get some boating in. You can check out the info on the river run and play spot on American Whitewater.

I hope we can get some more boating in before winter hits. We got a taste of winter last week and paddled in the snow on the West Branch of the Deerfield in my hometown Readsboro, VT. Well it’s back to splitting wood and watching football.
