Tent Site

Our five tent sites offer seclusion with a wilderness touch just off the Mohawk Trail. Each of our tent sites is equipped with a picnic table, and room for two to four tents. No vehicles are allowed in the campground. Be prepared for a short but steep hike, and remember to bring a flashlight!

Site 1: accommodates one large tent or two small tents (for a total of 5 people).

Site 2: accommodates four large tents (for a total of 10 people).

Site 3: accommodates three large tents (for a total of 6 people).

Site 4: accommodates one medium tent (for a total of 4 people).

Site 5: accommodates one to two medium tents (for a total of 7 people).

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I drive my car up to the site?

We do not allow you to drive up into our campground, please park in the lower unpaved lot. The tent sites are located a short walk up the hillside. Handcarts are available for your use to make carrying your gear easier.

Can I have a fire?

While we do not allow open fires in our campground, there is a communal fire pit located behind the Lodge which you are welcome to use with the Lodging Managers’ permission. Firewood will be provided for you.

When is quiet time?

Quiet time is from 9:30 PM to 8 AM

Are pets allowed?

Yes, but they must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are not allowed inside the cabin tents or the yurt, or to be left alone in the campground.

I worked with Zoar to plan a weekend adventure for 25. These were Boy scouts ages 11- 17 and a few adults. Everyone had an awesome time. We spent a night at their camp sites using our own gear. Sites were clean and came with picnic tables. The have potable water, dish cleaning station restrooms and showers.
