INTERMEDIATE ROCK CLIMBING INSTRUCTION

Top 3 Reasons to Go:
  1. Our location is within a short drive of several excellent climbing areas
  2. Our friendly professional instructors help make your day exciting and enjoyable. Our 6 to 1 ratio offers lots of personal attention.
  3. Our full service adventure resort offers onsite camping and lodging

The purpose of these intermediate rock climbing clinics is to teach the technical skills necessary for students to set up their own top-rope climbs. We focus on the technical aspects of rock climbing in order to ensure that students have the opportunity to learn enough to responsibly climb on their own.

Day one begins with our climbing instructors demonstrating a safe top-rope setup. We then cover the knots, equipment and strategies needed in that setup and practice in small groups with the guidance of an instructor.

Day two finds us in a different location with students setting up climbs on their own and getting feedback from the instructors.
